G . Al-Attar.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

At an early stage of his life, Mr. G. Al-Attar started his career working for his family’s business. Under the gaudiness of his father and uncles, he gained wide experience in managing the business and the implementation of new projects while completing his education. He completed his bachelor's degree in political science and master's degree in international relations and diplomacy.
Due to his raising success, leadership, hard work, and determination, he managed to reach the top executive level in his family’s group of companies. He held the position of Chief Executive Officer of ZSCO Group of companies which is a leading commercial and industrial group consisting of several companies operating in several business sectors.
With his firmed believe in continuous development, he was determined to complete his education, he applied for obtaining his PHD’s degree which is currently in progress. 
In 2020, he decided to establish Al-Attar International Holding Company to be the arm for managing his and his direct family's investment in addition to investing in new ventures and entities in different business fields in Iraq and within the middle east region.  
Known as a successful businessman and investor and due to his positive social contribution to the Iraqi business community, he was selected as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Investment Commission (a representative of the private sector) and an active member of the Iraqi National Business Council, and Member of the Iraqi Economic Council, and Member of the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce and Member of the Iraqi-Saudi Business Council.

Anwar Al-Ayyash.

Chief Financial Officer.

Holds a Master's degree in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 35 years of experience in corporate accounting and management. Experience in developing accounting systems. Financial management and financial reporting. Has a proven track record in developing and implementing financial and operational controls, managing financial decisions, and financial planning.

Hamed Rashid.

Audit Director.

Holds a bachelor's degree in management and economics/accounting department from the University of Baghdad and is responsible for audit and internal controls. He is responsible for corporate governance with more than 20 years of experience in his field of specialization.

Ali Mansour.

Legal Advisor.

Holds a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Baghdad in Iraq in 2000 (first summa cum laude). Member of the Iraqi Bar Association since 2000. He has worked in the field of law since the date of affiliation. He also worked on the Rule of law Program from 2007 to 2011.

Mounir Khallah.

Industrial Automotive Sector Advisor.

Holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Ain Shams University in Egypt in 1996. He also obtained a mini master's degree in business administration from the American University in Cairo in 2015. He has a wide experience in local assembly projects and start-up of industrial projects gained thru working with several leading automotive local assembly companies in Egypt and Iraq. He also has extensive experience in developing local components programs, and vendors' developments projects.

Mohammad Abu Hashish.

Human Capital Advisor.

Mohammad Abu Hashish, is a human capital consultant. born in 1966 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Jordan in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Class of 1990. He has experience in the field of human resources management for more than 32 years and worked in the field of human resources management and career development in several companies in the Gulf region since (1991). -2023). He has a proven track record in developing human resources management systems, most notably working as a human resources manager for the Middle East International Investments Group in Jordan (2001-2003), and he also worked as a Director of Human Resources for ZSCO Group of Companies in Iraq (2016-2021).

Talal Khaled.

Institutional Development Advisor.

Holds a master's degree in quality improvement from the University of Mosul and a bachelor's degree in production technology from the University of Mosul (first summa cum laude). He worked in the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control in Baghdad, where he managed several functions in the organization. He also worked as a consultant in the Standardization and Quality Control Authority in the Kurdistan Regional Government. In addition, he was responsible for several projects of institutional development and corporate governance programs for serval leading companies in Iraq.

Dawood Mohsen.

Risk and Strategic Studies Advisor.

ACPA Certified Public Accountant. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Baghdad. Graduate of the Arab Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Associate member of the Arab Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has professional work experience of more than 29 years. He held the position of Director General of the Internal Control Department in the Office of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals. He also contributed to the preparation and completion of many economic feasibility studies for large companies and the evaluation of financial and administrative performance. He represented the Republic of Iraq in several meetings, delegations, and committees.
